Josh Landis - Final

What was your intention for your project? Did you meet that goal?
-Well. it took me quite a while to even decide on wanted to do. Originally i was going to make a banner for my website but i decided to make a banner for a futon store instead! Anyways. I cant say i really had a goal but i like how it turned out and it was pretty fun to work on so i think thats about as close as im going to get on that one. On a side note tho everyone should watch
Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko. Thats pretty much what my final was based off of, I even added the ending song to my project. If you didn't click the music button do so now!!!!

Discuss general details of your process.

-Well my final used quite a few motion tweens along with frame by frame animation(mainly when my ufo's decided to drop things off and fly away) I also made alot of my images in Photoshop and imported them over/converted to a symbol

Please discuss how you managed your library assets and your timeline.

- Layers. Lots. and lots. and lots. of layers, like with all adobe products... withought layers.... chances are we would all spontaneously combust in about 15-25 depending on the project.
One interesting thing i noticed during this project was that if you click the layer it automatically selects everything in that layer for you saving you a little time moving things around. (as long as their in the same layer that is which for me is pretty rare since i generally try to make a new layer for just about everything.

I did think about using the motion editor at one point but i just couldn't think of a good use for it in this project, same with layer masks even tho i seriously trying to think of somewhere i could use them. I almost made a mask to follow a lazer for the text removal near the end but i ended up going with a fade out instead with my ufo flying in afterwards with the sign/logoish thing.

Anyway that's about it unless i overlooked something.
